SPA ENVIRONMENT
Please arrive with no makeup on, no pets, and no children or other guests unless discussed prior to your appointment.

LATE POLICY
Late arrivals will be treated as late cancellations, if we are unable to provide your service in the remaining time available in your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL cancellations MUST be made 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
ALL cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee, to your credit card on file. 

If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in advance, and simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment (NO SHOW), you will be charged a cancellation fee, to your credit card on file.

Should your credit card on file be declined, we will be unable to reschedule you until it has been updated and successfully charged.

If you are using a GIFT CERTIFICATE as payment: failure to provide us with 48 hours advanced cancellation notice will result in the FORFEITURE of your gift certificate.

GIFT CARD POLICIES

Gift cards can be purchased online, or in-store. They expire 2 years from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

All sales are FINAL. They cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity. Please take note of our Cancellation Policy regarding Gift Certificates, as we adhere to it strictly.

PRODUCT RETURNS
All products and services are final sale. Unopened products, in original packaging, may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase; original receipt is required. If the cost of the replacement product is less than the cost of the original product, the balance will be issued in the form of a spa credit.

All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
