Oily Skin & Hydration

If you have oily skin and still want hydration, here are some tips to keep your skin balanced:

Use a Lightweight, Oil-Free Moisturizer: Look for a gel-based or water-based moisturizer that provides hydration without adding extra oil. Ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin are great for hydrating oily skin.

Incorporate a Hydrating Serum: Serums with hydrating ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid or niacinamide, can add moisture without heaviness. Apply it before your moisturizer.

Avoid Over-Cleansing: Washing your face too often or using harsh cleansers can strip your skin of its natural oils, causing it to produce even more oil. Use a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser.

Exfoliate Regularly: Gentle exfoliation helps remove dead skin cells that can clog pores and cause your skin to look dull. This allows your hydrating products to penetrate better.

Add a Toner: Look for a toner with salicylic acid to help control excess oil while also hydrating your skin.

These steps can help keep your oily skin hydrated without increasing shine or clogging pores.
